Our Acro I class is an introduction to all different types of tricks and acrobatics elements. From tumbles to cartwheels to flips this class is full of energy and fun. Our class introduces workouts for strength building and the importance of building muscle to allow your body to handle many different acro tricks. We stress safety first and will teach the proper technique and alignment to ensure the students get the best training possible.
Our Acro II class is designed to take the dancers to the next level of training.We emphasize strength training and building muscle to give these students the ability to take themselves to the next level. The tricks become more challenging and definitely more fun.
Our Acro III class is designed to take the dancers to the next level of training.While still emphasizing strength training and building muscle we add more intricate and difficult tricks and movements.
